Junior Geologist

(Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:

·         Gathers and analyses geological information and supervises the drilling programme and all other major geological field exploration so that short to long term planning for the deposit is based on an accurate geological model.  Ensures that all the data (sample record and analyses, lithology, downhole geophysics and field geology) is collected, reconciled and accurately entered to the database.

Requirements:

·         Diploma 3 in Geology or Sarjana Pertambangan

·         Previous coal exploration experience (min 1 years) or freshgraduate.

·         Preparing and presenting data.

·         Initiative in all aspects of the profession.

·         Some basic understanding of the quality and properties of the coal and how to maintain filing systems.

·         Basic software skills in areas such as spreadsheet and word processor .

·         Having a basic understanding of wellsite / drilling activity.

·         Hard working, trainable, motivated, and willing to be placed in remote area.

·         Previous exploration experience would be benefit.
